Long Reach and High Payload Remote Manipulators

S.A.Robotics has developed a wide range of remote manipulators and robotic arms that can be readily adapted for operations in hazardous environments in both underwater and dry applications. Previous projects have allowed workers to safely remove and process hazardous materials both in underwater and dry applications.

Features

• Carbon Fiber, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum materials
• A complete set of attachments / end effectors such as grippers, saws, shears, cutting torches, ultra high pressure water hydrolasing heads with vacuum recovery shrouds, cameras, lights, and radiation survey instruments
• Joystick controls, touch screen controls, programmable logic controls (PLCs)
• Overhead gantry crane mounting or mountable to various movable or fixed platforms
• Arms are scalable from 5 feet to 104 feet of reach, with lifting capabilities from 50 lbs to 17,000 lbs depending on the application
